My wife Susan and I moved to Kamloops two years ago to be closer to our two children and two grandchildren, who also live here. We’re invested in Kamloops for the long term.
Outside of public service, I enjoy hiking, biking, curling, and spending time with family. Volunteering is important to me, and I have contributed to the Seniors Christmas Light Tour, BrewLoops, Ribfest, Clean the Beach, and the 55+ Games.

My approach is straightforward: listen carefully, ask questions, review the available information, and make decisions based on research and evidence—not emotion. I believe respectful, thoughtful discussion leads to better outcomes.
